Getting started
How do I find leads?+
Open the dashboard chat and describe your ideal customer in plain English — industry, role, geography, technologies. Leadsvalley extracts keywords and applies them as filters automatically. You can refine further from the Filters tab.
How do I export leads?+
After running a search, click the Enrich button. Choose how many leads to enrich, pick Email or LinkedIn, and confirm. Each enrichment is saved permanently in Enriched and can be downloaded as CSV any time.
Credits & enrichment
How do credits work?+
Every enrichment costs 1 credit per lead per type. Email enrich = 1 credit each. LinkedIn enrich = 1 credit each. New users get 100 credits free. Pro users get 10,000 credits/month, Premium users get 100,000.
Why are emails and LinkedIn URLs hidden during search?+
We never expose contact data on browse — that's the whole value of enrichment. You only see emails / LinkedIn URLs after spending credits to unlock specific contacts.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Free credits never expire. Pro credits reset on each billing renewal. Premium volume credits roll over within a 12-month term.
Billing & plans
How do I upgrade?+
Visit Pricing, click Upgrade to Pro or Premium, and complete checkout via Clerk Billing + Stripe. Plan changes take effect immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to Settings → Manage subscription. Cancel any time — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Are payments secure?+
All payments are handled by Stripe via Clerk Billing. We never see your card details.
API access
How do I get an API key?+
API access is included with the Premium plan. Visit Settings → API access and click Generate key. Save it securely — keys are shown once.
What endpoints are available?+
POST /api/v1/leads — search across all leads. Supply filters in the body and include your key as Authorization: Bearer lf_….Search & filters
What filters can I use?+
Free: industries, contact location, company, headquarters, job titles. Pro / Premium add: revenue, funding round, technology stack, contact languages, tenure, and company keywords.
How fast is the search?+
Free queries hit MongoDB. Pro / Premium queries route to Elasticsearch with priority — typically sub-200ms across 9M+ contacts.
How do saved searches work?+
Click Save search in the workspace toolbar. Free plan stores up to 3, Pro / Premium are unlimited. Saved searches live at /dashboard/searches.
Privacy & data
Where does the data come from?+
Public business directories, partner enrichment providers, and our own crawl. All data is GDPR-compliant on Pro and Premium tiers.
Is my account data private?+
Yes. Authentication is handled by Clerk; we don't store passwords. Your saved searches, enrichments, and API keys are scoped to your user id and never shared.
